Wir verarbeiten Routen, Haltepunkte, Zeiten und geschäftliche E-Mail-Adressen ausschließlich zur Vermittlung von Fahrgemeinschaften und zum Pendel-Emissionsreporting. Es erfolgt KEIN GPS-Tracking.
2. Rechtsgrundlage
Die Verarbeitung erfolgt auf Basis Ihrer Einwilligung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. a DSGVO) sowie zur Vertragserfüllung (Art. 6 Abs. 1 lit. b DSGVO).
3. Unterauftragsverarbeiter
- Supabase (AWS eu-central-1 Frankfurt): Datenbank und Authentifizierung.
- Vercel (fra1 / global CDN): App-Hosting.
- Resend: Transaktions-E-Mails.
